عادات العقل كمدخل لتنمية مهارات الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة علي اتخاذ القرار

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد أبرز المعوقات التي تحول ضمن توظيف عادات العقل في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة, الاستفادة من توظيف عادات العقل في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى الطالبة المعلمة بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة , وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وتكونت عينة البحث من (200) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعة مدينة السادات, واشتملت أدوات البحث على مقياس عادات العقل, مقياس القدرة علي اتخاذ القرار, وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة موجبة دالة احصائيا بين عادات العقل والقدرة علي اتخاذ القرار.

Abstract:

The current research aims to: Identify the most prominent obstacles that prevent the employment of habits of mind in developing the decision-making skills of the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education, Benefiting from employing habits of mind in developing the decision-making skills of the student teacher at the College of Early Childhood Education, The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the research sample consisted of (200) female students from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Sadat City University, and the research tools included a measure of habits of mind, a measure of decision-making ability, and the results resulted in a positive, statistically significant relationship Between habits of mind and the ability to make decisions.
