تصور مقترح لتفعيل أداة ChatGPT لرفع الأداء التعليمي لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال

يهدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي فاعلية تصور مقترح لتفعيل أداة ChatGPT لرفع الأداء التعليمي لدي معلمات الروضة, واستخدمت الباحثة( المنهج (الوصفي ), وتكونت العينة من (60) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال وتم إختيارهم من إدارة الشيخ زايد التعليمية , واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية : مقياس المشكلات المهنية لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال من (إعداد الباحثة) , والتصور المقترح لتفعيل أداة ChatGPT لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال من (إعداد الباحثة). تفترض الباحثة الوصول للنتائج التالية : أن التصور المقترح أدي إلي رفع الأداء التعليمي لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال. .مما يدل علي نجاح التصور المقترح وفاعليته.

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed approach of ChatGPT in enhancing the professional performance of kindergarten teachers, and the researcher used the (descriptive analytical) approach .The sample consists of (60) kindergarten teachers. The researcher used the following methods; a measure of the professional performance for kindergarten teachers and the proposed approach to evolve kindergarten teachers’ professional performance. This study assumes that the proposed approach led a significant impact on kindergarten teachers’ professional performance and practices which indicates the success of the proposed approach and its effectiveness.
